Service Agreement

• Crestics provides software development, AI solutions, mobile and web applications, cloud services, and consulting as per agreed project scope.
• Changes in scope or additional services may incur extra charges.

Client Obligations

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Ensure necessary resources or access to systems are available.

Intellectual Property

• All project materials remain the property of Crestics until full payment is received.
• Upon completion and full payment, rights transfer to the client as per contract.

Limitations of Liability

• Crestics is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from project use.
• Service warranties are limited to specifications in the contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
