Refund Policy

At Crestics LLC, we strive for client satisfaction and deliver high-quality software solutions. If you are not satisfied with our services under certain conditions, our refund policy applies as follows:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
- Applicable only if the service delivered does not meet agreed-upon specifications or project scope.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones approved by the client.
Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request via email: hi@crestics.com.
- Include project details, invoice number, and reason for refund.
- Our team reviews the request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for services already fully rendered and accepted by the client.
- Custom solutions, one-off consultancy sessions, or third-party integrations are non-refundable.
